Archie Guevara is President of U.S. Operations for Faccorp International, where he leads the company’s factoring and asset-based lending business for small and mid-sized companies. With more than 20 years in commercial finance — across a bank as well as independent shops and direct lenders — he has worked nearly every side of the business, from underwriting and operations to business development. That range gives him a practical, ground-level view of how working capital deals actually come together, from the first conversation with a business owner through structuring, approval, and funding. Archie is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds an MBA.

Michelle Myers is Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Faccorp International, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Asset-Based Lending (ABL), Accounts Receivable Lines of Credit, and Factoring. She works closely with business owners, banks, brokers, and referral partners to develop flexible working capital solutions that support growth and navigate change. Known for her consultative approach and relationship-driven style, Michelle is passionate about helping clients understand their financing options and position their businesses for long-term success.

Evelyn Herrera is Vice President of Operations for Faccorp International, with more than 10 years in factoring and commercial lending. She oversees the operational side of the business — underwriting and due diligence, risk management, and the day-to-day account servicing that keeps funding fast and dependable. Known for turning complex processes into clear, reliable systems, Evelyn is focused on getting clients funded smoothly while protecting the interests of both the client and the company. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
